Packaging Associate

Earnest Machine

Responsibilities

• Successfully run product through auto-bagging equipment
• Manually pack product
• Pick and stage product to be bagged
• Understands the packaging equipment being used
• Identifies packaging defects quickly and makes adjustments immediately
• Keeps up with product output
• Set up and start machine and operate successfully
• Make adjustments to machine as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years auto-bagging experience
• General Math skills
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and enjoys being a part of a high performing team
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and can connect that to the experience of our customer
• Embrace and act with the Earnest Core Values in mind
• Proven track record of attendance and reliability

Qualifications

Wage: $18.50/hr.

Monday-Friday
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
