Job Title: Packaging & Assembly Specialist Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM (OT is available) Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour Location: Jurupa Valley CA 91752 U Job Description The Packaging & Assembly Specialist is responsible for preparing products for shipment by labeling, bundling, and palletizing materials. This role supports operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring that all products are ready to be shipped out efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities Label products accurately according to company and customer requirementsBundle materials together for packaging and shipmentPalletize finished products and prepare them for shippingMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaAssist with general shop duties as neededWork efficiently in a hot, fast-paced environmentEnsure quality and accuracy in all packaging and assembly tasks Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing or construction environment (required)Comfortable working in a fast-paced and hot environmentAbility to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs or moreExperience with packaging and palletizing (preferred)Steel toe shoes (preferred)Willingness to work overtime as neededStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
