About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Packaging Associate to build and prepare biological product kits used by laboratories and healthcare organizations around the world. Your work directly supports patient safety and public health, making accuracy and consistency critical every day. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented production role where you will follow structured processes, work with your hands, and stay focused on quality.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and package biological product kits by following step-by-step instructions
- Prepare components and materials ahead of time to keep work flowing efficiently
- Label products and verify accuracy against work orders
- Perform quality checks during assembly to ensure everything meets standards
- Operate packaging and light automation equipment safely
- Complete required documentation clearly and accurately
- Clean and maintain workstations and equipment
- Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required; we will train you
- Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on assembly work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Reliable, consistent, and able to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and speak up if something does not look right
