Responsibilities
- Oversee all package room operations within luxury residential buildings
- Ensure accurate package intake, logging, organization, and delivery processes
- Maintain package room cleanliness, organization, and efficiency standards
- Monitor package volume trends and operational workflows to improve service levels
- Resolve resident package concerns and escalations professionally and efficiently
- Avoid compliance with building policies, safety procedures, and service standards
- Directly manage Package Assistant Managers and Package Assistants
- Create and manage employee schedules while ensuring proper staffing coverage
- Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
- Assist with disciplinary action and conflict resolution when necessary
- Support operational management of resident services including housekeeping, chores, and lifestyle support services
- Coordinate service execution to ensure quality, timeliness, and resident satisfaction
- Partner with operations staff to maintain high service standards across all resident-facing services
- Respond to resident requests, concerns, and service recovery situations with professionalism and urgency
- Develop and improve operational procedures and workflows
- Track operational metrics, staffing performance, and resident satisfaction
- Collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability
- Maintain inventory and operational supplies as needed
- Ensure all team members uphold company standards of professionalism and customer service

- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing operations in hospitality, residential services, logistics, housekeeping, or property management preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using operational systems and technology platforms
- Flexible schedule availability, including occasional weekends or evenings if needed
