About the role

As a Pack Operator II on the 2nd shift, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient packaging of our products. This position involves operating pack equipment, processing and packing products, and performing sanitation duties to maintain food safety and compliance within the pack department.

Physical requirements and working conditions

• Ability to ascend and descend stairs multiple times per day.
• Climb ladders, steps, and extensions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of force.
• Frequently stand, walk, rotate, bend, stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance, and reach at or below shoulder level.
• Perform physical job duties including bending, lifting, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, and require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including a dust mask.
• Work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).
• Must be clean-shaven to perform tasks requiring respiratory protection and proper seal for respirators (including N-95 dust masks).

Pay

The starting pay range for this position is $23 - $25 per hour, with additional earning potential based on experience. Eligible team members may receive a shift differential for working outside standard business hours, included in overtime calculations.

Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Richardton, ND production facility (3775 Hwy 8, Richardton, ND 58652). Work schedules may vary based on business and operational needs and could include shift work, overtime, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities.
