Pack Operator

About the role

A Packaging Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring we deliver the highest possible quality product to our customers. Working in a state-of-the-art packaging environment, you will execute tasks associated with quality assurance and product packing.

Responsibilities

• Sort, clean, weigh, package, and label strawberries into the appropriate container.
• Inspect and execute quality testing to ensure each berry meets our rigid standards of quality and that each package shipped out will delight our customers.
• Conduct sanitation and hygiene management essential to keep the packaging operation to food safety standards.
• Engage in data entry to track the product in and out of inventory.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the product is shipped on time.
