About the role
The Redhill Academy Trust is seeking a PA to Headteacher / Office Manager to provide a comprehensive, confidential PA administrative service to the Headteacher. The role involves undertaking a variety of administrative, clerical, and managerial tasks.
Responsibilities
- Undertake a comprehensive PA administrative service for the Headteacher.
- Manage and supervise effectively.
- Provide support and guidance to a mix of professional staff.
- Deliver through others, managing time and resources effectively.
- Manage organizational change positively.
- Compile documents and write reports.
- Deal sensitively with people and resolve conflict.
- Deal with organisational change positively.
- Show integrity, honesty, and confidentiality.
- Show excellent administrative ability, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s A* - C including English and Maths.
- Experience of effective management and supervision.
- Strong IT skills and competent user of Microsoft applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to provide support and guidance to a mix of professional staff.
- Strong leadership skills and a strong focus on service delivery.
- Strong performance management skills.
- Ability to deliver through others, managing time and resources effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Able to deal sensitively with people and resolve conflict.
- Possess integrity, honesty, and confidentiality.
- Ability to compile documents and write reports.
- Willingness to be flexible in approach.

Qualifications

Pay and Schedule
Actual salary: £31,327 - £34,028 per annum. 37 hours per week - Permanent / All Year round
