About the role

The PA Program Didactic Support Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the educational mission of the program. This individual will assist in the development and implementation of didactic curricula, facilitate learning activities, and provide administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of didactic curricula
  • Facilitate learning activities and workshops
  • Provide administrative support to the program
  • Collaborate with faculty to enhance teaching methods and materials
  • Support student engagement and retention efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
  • Experience in education or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • PA certification or equivalent
  • Experience working with medical students or residents

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

Schedule
