About the role
The PA Program Didactic Support Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the educational mission of the program. This individual will assist in the development and implementation of didactic curricula, facilitate learning activities, and provide administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of didactic curricula
- Facilitate learning activities and workshops
- Provide administrative support to the program
- Collaborate with faculty to enhance teaching methods and materials
- Support student engagement and retention efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
- Experience in education or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred
- PA certification or equivalent
- Experience working with medical students or residents
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

Pay
- $45,000 - $50,000 annually
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
