About the Role

Latitude is seeking a PA-licensed Civil Litigation Attorney to join a women-owned national law firm. This is a hybrid position near Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Handle civil defense litigation with a focus on property damage and construction defect matters

Requirements

  • 5+ years of civil defense litigation experience; property damage/construction defect experience preferred
  • Licensed to practice and in good standing in Pennsylvania
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional law firm setting
  • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills

Pay

The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $150,000 with bonuses and other incentive programs in place for additional compensation. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
