P6 Scheduler

This P6 Scheduler will work with the Project Manager to create timetables to manage both time and resources to ensure work is completed on time. The first 6 months will be onsite meeting with GCs, Subs, and Field Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and job installation progress.
• Coordinate with Project Management and Leads/Superintendents to create and maintain a calendar for project implementation to completion.
• Identify and anticipate schedule disparities; correct or report to Project Management.
• Provide the Project Manager with all needed elements to issue Weekly/Monthly Reports.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
• Promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients, and business partners.
• Lead others to create, develop, and implement project process improvements.

• Ability to effectively read, write, and give oral presentations.
• High skill level in interpreting blueprints and other project documents, including specifications, reporting, and quality requirements.
• Ability to learn Company project management systems.
• Self-motivated, positive in approach, and professional.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $68.00/hr.

This is a hybrid position based in San Antonio, TX. The first 6 months will require onsite work. This is a Contract to Hire position with an anticipated close date of Aug 14, 2026.
