P6 Scheduler
We are seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Scheduler to support large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. This individual will partner closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams to develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules from initiation through completion.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules in Primavera P6.
- Build resource-loaded schedules and monitor project progress against baseline schedules.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Leads, and field teams to ensure schedule accuracy.
- Conduct critical path analysis and identify schedule risks, delays, and recovery opportunities.
- Monitor workload distribution and project delivery progress.
- Maintain schedule logic, activity relationships, milestones, and resource assignments.
- Prepare and support weekly and monthly schedule reporting.
- Analyze schedule variances and provide recommendations for corrective action.
- Support earned value reporting and resource utilization analysis.
- Participate in project planning meetings and provide schedule forecasting.
- Ensure schedule quality by eliminating open-ended activities and validating project logic.
- Perform additional project controls and scheduling responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience utilizing Primavera P6 in a project scheduling capacity.
- Strong understanding of CPM (Critical Path Method) scheduling.
- Experience developing schedules from the ground up, including WBS creation and logic development.
- Experience with resource loading, resource leveling, and schedule forecasting.
- Knowledge of project controls, schedule performance metrics, and earned value concepts.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple project stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting construction, utility, telecommunications, data center, or large capital projects.
- Experience utilizing Primavera P6 EPPM and Enterprise Project Structure (EPS).
- Familiarity with schedule risk analysis and project controls reporting.
- PMI-SP certification or related scheduling certification preferred.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
