P6 Scheduler
About the role
A bit about us: Our firm is seeking a Master Scheduler to support the planning and delivery of large, complex capital and infrastructure programs for a major public-sector client in the Pacific Northwest. The Master Scheduler will develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules that enable effective planning, coordination, and progress reporting across multiple projects and stakeholders. This role also supports clinical construction environments, where schedules must account for regulatory requirements, infection control protocols, phased construction within occupied facilities, and tightly coordinated MEP systems. The Master Scheduler will help ensure that project timelines reflect these constraints and that all teams remain aligned throughout delivery.
Why join us? Because the portfolio spans multiple projects and stakeholders, you'll have visibility and influence well beyond a single job. Your integrated schedules will inform decisions at the program level, and your voice will carry weight with owners, designers, and contractors alike. If you're ready to apply your skills to work with lasting public impact, alongside a collaborative team that values sound planning and clear communication, now is the time to join us.
