P6 Scheduler
We are seeking a P6 Scheduler to join our Energy Market Team in Birmingham, AL.
About the role
- Develop, maintain and optimize detailed project schedules.
- Monitor schedule performance and variance; provide regular status updates to project manager.
- Perform Critical Path Analysis, identify and analyze critical paths/activities to ascertain project completion in time and in budget, including forecasting delays and evaluation of alternative scenarios.
- Lead schedule update and review meetings.
- Identify schedule risk and opportunities.
- Analyze schedule impacts resulting from change orders or scope modifications.
- Support cost/schedule integration, including contractor schedules, and collaborate with Project Controls to ensure accurate progress measurement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of scheduling experience using Primavera P6.
- Strong understanding of CPM concepts and calculations.
- Highly articulate, with clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and strong decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pay
Expected compensation range is between $125,000 - $165,000 yearly depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
