About the role

We are seeking Store Associates who embody our values of creativity, confidence, and collaboration. These individuals are creators who bring new ideas to life, confident in their abilities to connect with customers and build strong relationships within their teams.

Responsibilities

• Create an emotional connection with every customer as an enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
• Build relationships and work collaboratively with your team to achieve a common goal.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Part-time, variable schedule based on business needs.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Three to six months' experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Qualifications

• Regularly required to talk or hear.
• Frequent standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle, or feel.
• Sometimes required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus required.
