P&C Specialist II (Temp)

About the Role

This role provides dedicated support to the Talent Acquisition function within People & Culture (P&C). You will partner closely with recruiters to drive candidate sourcing, coordinate interview scheduling, and manage the administrative operations that keep the hiring process moving.

Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, the applicant tracking system (ATS), job boards, and other talent channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines, conduct initial resume review against role requirements, and manage talent pools for current and anticipated openings.
• Own interview scheduling, including coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder panels across time zones, booking conference rooms and virtual meeting links, arranging candidate travel where applicable, and communicating logistics and agendas to candidates and interviewers.
• Proactively manage rescheduling and last-minute changes.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process, providing timely communication, status updates, and interview preparation materials.
• Collect and route interview feedback to hiring teams.
• Maintain data integrity within the ATS, including candidate records, requisition status, and disposition coding.
• Assist with job posting creation and distribution across internal and external channels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of related experience.
• Demonstrated experience with HR systems/software and reporting.

Pay

Salary range: $17.25 hourly – $28 hourly. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by factors including experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
