Duties and Responsibilities
- Mets established sales quotas on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Conducts initial outreach to sales leads/prospects.
- Sets phone and in-person appointments.
- Conducts client consultations regarding risk management and life and health solutions.
- Folows Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices including proper use of Trucordia tools and sales management platform.
Qualifications
- State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License. If not currently held, must obtain within 90 days of beginning employment.
- 4-year Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or related area of study.
- Proficiency with professional programs such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
- Demonstrated skills in analytics and internal/external communication

Compensation
The draw/salary range for this position is $50,000–$110,000+ ($24-$52 an hour), depending on factors such as geographic location, years of insurance sales experience, existing or portable book of business, and demonstrated ability to grow book revenue.
This role includes commission-based earnings tied to production results.
