Training Systems and Services is seeking a P-8 Systems Engineering Support Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) to join the Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers (MS&B) Training Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) team in Hazelwood, Missouri or Orlando, Florida. This role focuses on managing supplier statements of work and requirements, leading proposal technical analysis, coordinating technical negotiations, and ensuring consistency of supplier data deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Manage supplier interfaces and support Supplier Management and Procurement in the coordination and oversight of key suppliers
- Lead development of supplier statements of work, requirements, and technical proposal analysis
- Work with Engineering Leadership and functional teams to organize technical projects, including schedules, statements of work, and tracking project status and costs
- Lead process improvements and initiatives
- Develop and analyze data; create metrics and draw conclusions for reporting to Leadership
- Collaborate with technical leaders, program, and project managers to identify and manage risks and opportunities related to external deliveries and integration
- Manage workflow to ensure timely and consistent development of deliverables
- Serve as a subject matter expert within the procurement domain for engineering teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or technical field
- 3+ years of experience with the Boeing supplier management processes, systems, and tools
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
- Strong desire to work with technical and non-technical audiences and be a self-starter
- Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) process
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements as a “U.S. Person” (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required; interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance post-start is required)
Qualifications
- 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Level 4)
- Active U.S. Security Clearance
- Experience with training systems and training systems teams
- Experience with the Boeing Commercial Item Transfer at Price (CITAP) Process

Pay
- Mid-Level (Level 3): $99,450–$134,550
- Senior (Level 4): $122,400–$165,600
This position is for 1st shift and does not offer visa sponsorship.
