About the role
Training Systems and Services is seeking a Systems Engineering Support Analyst to join the Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers (MS&B) Training Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) team in either Hazelwood, MO or Orlando, FL. This position will serve as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) for a variety of SEIT portfolio programs, focusing on managing data integrity, providing updates, status, estimates at complete (EAC), writing variances, supporting proposal efforts, and other CAM-related duties. The role also involves maintaining data integrity within the Adaptive Planning tool, ensuring alignment with current proposals and EAC data, and tracking projected staffing needs.
This candidate will be part of a high-performing team, responsible for problem-solving in a dynamic environment spanning multiple programs and platforms, while continuously improving themselves and others.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) across a variety of programs, platforms, and teams.
- Administer Adaptive Planning and perform staffing projections across multiple programs and platforms.
- Coordinate closely with various levels of management and functions, including engineering and program management.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) or relevant Boeing Finance Experience (Level 2).
- Experience implementing US Department of Defense Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, with a strong desire to collaborate with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Must satisfy Boeing’s Conflict of Interest (COI) process.
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements as a “U.S. Person” (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required; an interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required).
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 or more years of higher education and/or related work experience (e.g., college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs).
- 3+ years of experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) or relevant Boeing Finance Experience (Level 3).
- Experience implementing US Department of Defense Earned Value Management (EVM) on cost-type programs.
- Experience with training systems and training systems teams.
- Experience with the Boeing Adaptive Planning tool.
Pay
- Associate (Level 2): $81,600–$110,400
- Mid-Level (Level 3): $99,450–$134,550
Pay is based on candidate experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations.
