What We Look For In An Oyster Shucker Hardworking, attentive, and hospitality-driven with a desire to excel and maintain the highest level of serviceExperience as a cook and/or oyster shucking desired, preferably in a high-volume restaurantFlexible availability to work mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed What You Will Do As An Oyster Shucker Shuck fresh oysters, preparatory to fresh packingEnsure oyster bar is properly stocked and set upFollow established recipes and plating requirements as set by Clyde’s standardsProvide fast, accurate shucking of oystersProvide assistance to Chef and team members with food preparationEnsure all tools and equipment are properly stored and safely usedFollow Clyde’s high standards for food safety and quality About Us Since 1963, Clyde's Restaurant Group has been a leader in the DMV restaurant scene, known for exceptional guest service and fostering a positive culture for employees.
