About the role
The Senior Project Manager will serve as the dedicated on-site leader for a major hospital construction project. Lead full lifecycle delivery as the Senior Project Manager Own project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution Act as the primary on-site decision maker for a large hospital campus Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders Monitor progress and proactively resolve risks, delays, and issues Manage budgets, approve invoices, and control overall project costs Negotiate contracts, change orders, and subcontractor agreements Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and healthcare regulations Conduct quality control inspections and enforce construction standards Provide executive-level updates to leadership and stakeholders Develop and drive risk mitigation strategies Operate with a high level of autonomy as the Senior Project Manager
Responsibilities

- Monitor progress and proactively resolve risks, delays, and issues
- Manage budgets, approve invoices, and control overall project costs
- Negotiate contracts, change orders, and subcontractor agreements
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and healthcare regulations
- Conduct quality control inspections and enforce construction standards

Requirements
- 10+ years of construction project management experience
- Strong General Contractor (GC) background highly preferred
- Proven experience delivering hospital or healthcare construction projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
- Strong leadership presence with experience on high-visibility builds
- Experience managing budgets, contracts, and cost controls
- Knowledge of healthcare construction requirements (infection control, patient safety)
