Responsibilities
- Coordinate teams of professionals from various disciplines (Owner, Staff, Contractors, Suppliers and Consultants) to achieve the best results.
- Manage preconstruction and development planning of the development or project.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and contract administration.
- Work remotely and virtually.
- Show highly organized time management skills.
- Show a knack for creative problem-solving and critical thinking.
Requirements
- A relevant diploma or degree in the related field.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD or BIM.
- At least 5 years of experience in Design, Construction, Project Management.
- Proficiency in Contract and Contract Administration.
Qualifications
- Ability to work remotely and virtually.

- Show a knack for creative problem-solving and critical thinking.
