About the role
Manage projects from planning through completion
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and reporting
Cookordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
Lead project meetings and maintain project documentation
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and financial objectives
Provide regular communication and updates to leadership and clients
Support project procurement, change management, and closeout activities
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from planning through completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders

- Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and financial objectives
- Provide regular communication and updates to leadership and clients
- Support project procurement, change management, and closeout activities
Requirements
- 8+ years of construction project management experience
- Strong background managing laboratory, life science, or cGMP projects
- Experience working on technically complex projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Stable work history with demonstrated project success
