About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with lab or cGMP experience who wants direct client exposure, meaningful project ownership, and the opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from planning through completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and reporting
- Cook up and coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Lead project meetings and maintain project documentation
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and financial objectives
- Provide regular communication and updates to leadership and clients
Requirements
- 8+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience with a General Contractor or OPM firm
- Strong background managing laboratory, life science, or cGMP projects
- Experience working on technically complex projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Stable work history with demonstrated project success
