Owner's Project Manager - Complex Lab Projects

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with lab or cGMP experience who wants direct client exposure, meaningful project ownership, and the opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through completion
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and reporting
• Cook up and coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Lead project meetings and maintain project documentation
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and financial objectives
• Provide regular communication and updates to leadership and clients

Requirements

• 8+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience with a General Contractor or OPM firm
• Strong background managing laboratory, life science, or cGMP projects
• Experience working on technically complex projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Stable work history with demonstrated project success
