Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for property owners
- Monitor property performance and review financial reports
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure top-notch standards
- Oversee onboarding and contract renewals
- Help resolve client concerns
- Support budgeting and capital improvement planning
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using management systems
Requirements
- Previous experience in account management
- Proficient in MS Office
- Comfortable using different management systems
