Investments & Owner Relations Manager
About the role
Vision’s Investments & Owner Relations Manager supports the strategic and financial oversight of the company’s hospitality investment portfolio through owner relations management, investor communications, financial analysis, debt governance, and transaction support activities. This role serves as a key liaison between ownership groups, investors, lenders, legal counsel, and internal operational teams to ensure accurate reporting, proactive communication, and effective portfolio management.
Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing communications with hotel owners, investors, and investment partners.
- Cook up quarterly investor and fund reporting packages, including financial analysis, portfolio updates, and performance commentary.
- Support quarterly and ad hoc investor distributions, including calculation review, reporting coordination, and communication materials.
- Aid in preparing presentations, ownership updates, annual meeting materials, and investor correspondence.
- Maintain organized ownership, investor, and reporting records.
- Perform hotel financial analysis, forecasting, and operational performance modeling across the portfolio.
- Analyze hotel operating statements, budgets, forecasts, STR reports, and key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support asset management initiatives through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and operational performance evaluations.
- Assist with annual budget reviews, capital planning initiatives, and portfolio performance reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools for portfolio analysis.
- Cook up lender communication and respond to lender requests and due diligence inquiries.
- Prepare and manage loan compliance certificates, covenant reporting, and financing-related documentation.
- Maintain debt tracking schedules, covenant calendars, and loan documentation files.
- Support refinancing initiatives, debt placement efforts, loan modifications, and financing analyses.
- Manage Guarantor Report
- Support acquisition and disposition activities through financial analysis, underwriting support, due diligence coordination, and transaction reporting.
- Organize and maintain transaction data rooms and investment documentation.
- Aid in market research, investment summaries, and financial evaluations related to potential transactions.
- Cook up internal and external requests associated with active acquisitions and dispositions.
- Facilitate the preparation, coordination, execution, and organization of subscription agreements, operating agreements, and related investment documentation.
- Coordinate with legal counsel, ownership groups, and internal leadership regarding investment entity documentation and investor onboarding materials.
- Maintain organized records of partnership agreements, investment structures, and governance documentation.
- Support capital transaction documentation and investor compliance processes.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of portfolio financial information and reporting deliverables.
- Maintain organized financial models, lender files, investor records, and asset documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, workflow efficiencies, and data organization practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality finance, asset management, investor relations, commercial real estate, or related investment environments.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Experience analyzing hotel financial statements and hospitality operational metrics preferred.
- Knowledge of debt structures, loan covenants, refinancing processes, and investment reporting preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, push, and stretch and lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds.
