Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of client coordination, including travel arrangements, ground transportation, and local activities.
• Ensure seamless communication between clients, staff, and external vendors to maintain a high standard of service.
• Manage client expectations and provide solutions to any issues that may arise during their stay.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and personalized experience for each client.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for luxury travel and a desire to provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of private jet operations and airport procedures is a plus.

Pay

$75,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
