About the role
As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to provide exceptional private air travel experiences. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and bookings via phone and email
- Process payments and manage reservations
- Coordinate with flight crews and ground support staff
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers
- Manage customer complaints and feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Passport required for international travel
