Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors
- Serve as the first point of contact, offering assistance and information with warmth and empathy
- Efficiently manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate communication
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or at least six months clerical experience and/or training
- Intermediate personal computer skills and ability to utilize various software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
