What You'll Do

• Inspect trading cards for quality, color, language, cut, and product accuracy before production.

• Load and replenish card feeders according to job specifications and production schedules.

• Verify materials using job jackets and production documentation.

• Absorb and communicate issues immediately regarding defective or incorrect materials.

• Perform basic equipment support and assist with minor troubleshooting.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.

• Follow all safety, quality, security, ISO, and standard operating procedures.

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Typically requires 2–3 years of manufacturing experience.

• Experience in packaging, assembly, fulfillment, or production operations preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects and variations.

• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation.

• Basic computer and mathematical skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
