Location: Fort Worth, Texas. In-person client interview required if shortlisted. Must have an online portfolio/samples of work.

About the role

This position is a member of the Customer Experience Policy and Procedures team within the Operations Division. You will be responsible for crafting customer-focused content for a global audience delivered through digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Write concise, web/mobile-friendly copy for a major brand and high-traffic/transaction website.
• Apply HTML, CSS, and JSON fragments in content creation (1–3 years of experience).
• Use and maintain advanced technologies for content creation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with design teams to integrate copywriting with design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication, Arts, or English; or equivalent experience/training.
• 3–5 years of professional copywriting experience.
• 3 years of experience writing for a major brand and high-traffic/transaction website.

Skills

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JSON fragments.
• Experience with advanced content creation and maintenance technologies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web/mobile-friendly copywriting and design collaboration.

Pay

The salary range for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location, job level, and factors such as skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additional compensation may include an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay, or other forms of variable compensation.
