Overnight Veterinary Client Service Representative
We are looking for a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team in our Mission, KS location!

Mission and Overland Park Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Hospitals are 24-hour hospitals focusing on the most critical needs of the animals in our community. Responsibilities
- Welcome our clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner
- Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely
- Educate and advise clients regarding MVES/OVES services and practices
- Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients at all times
- Process invoices and payments accurately
- Update and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with hospital legal requirements
- Aid with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing, etc.
- Support the team to reach common goals
- Recognize and seek guidance in all client-related cases where protocol does not apply
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
- Proven effective communication and the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Willing and able to provide exceptional customer service
- A motivated and dedicated individual who is self-motivated to provide exceptional service
About you
An individual with:

Schedule and Compensation
Sunday, Wednesday - Friday; 8pm - 6am
Pay is dependent on experience
Shift differentials available for weekends and overnights
$3.00/hr on hours between 10pm and 8am
$1.50/hr from midnight Saturday morning to midnight
