Overnight Site Supervisor

About the role

The Overnight Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel at client sites. This position ensures compliance with post orders, completes rounds, and files required reports. The supervisor also trains subordinates, inspects posts, and interacts with clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other company personnel
• Ensure all post orders are followed and rounds are completed
• File and submit required reports
• Inspect posts as scheduled and meet with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality customer service
• Provide customer service to outside drivers and clients
• May perform Security Officer duties as needed

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma, GED, or completion of the GED program within 6 months
• Above average computer and technology skills
• Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout the shift
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment
• Willingness to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process
• Drivers Certification (optional)
• Previous security experience preferred
• Military/Law Enforcement background preferred

Qualifications
