Overnight Site Supervisor

About the role

The Overnight Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel at client sites. This position ensures that all post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and reports are filed. In emergency situations, the supervisor notifies proper authorities and clients. They coach and discipline personnel as necessary, meet with employees to outline tasks and responsibilities, and provide customer service to clients and outside drivers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel.
• Ensure all post orders are followed and rounds are completed.
• File and submit required reports.
• Inspect posts as scheduled and meet with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and to provide quality customer service.
• Provide customer service to outside drivers and clients.
• May perform the duties of a Security Officer as directed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma, GED, or completion of the GED program within 6 months.
• Above-average computer and technology skills.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment.
• Willingness to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Previous security experience preferred.
• Military or law enforcement background preferred.

Pay

$26.55 per hour.
