Requirements

• Lead shifts every week
• Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness
• Monitor performance during the shift
• Take action to ensure team meets McDonald’s standards
• Communicate with next Shift Manager
• Meet targets during shifts
• Help assigned Departments meet goals

Responsibilities

• Ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
• Plan for each shift
• Monitor inventory management
• Manage daily maintenance and cleanliness
• Manage crew
• Ensure food safety
• Manage internal communication
• Manage exceptionals in customer service
• Manage safety and security
• Schedule staff
• Train crew

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Flexible schedule
• Passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment
• Positive team player
