Requirements

• Lead shifts every week
• Maintain great Quality, Service and Cleanliness
• Monitor performance during the shift
• Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager
• Meet targets during shifts
• Help assigned Departments meet their goals

Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety
• Manage internal communication
• Manage inventory
• Perform daily maintenance and cleanliness
• Manage crew
• Ensure quality food production
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure safety and security
• Schedule staff
• Train crew members

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
• Flexible schedule
• Possess passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment
• Must be 18 years or older to apply for management positions in corporate-owned restaurants
