Schedule
Location: Minneapolis–St. Paul Metro Area (with travel throughout Minnesota as needed)
- Full-Time opportunities available
- Shifts: Overnights and Weekends
- Patient Population: Children and young adults with trachs, ventilators, and G-tubes
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- At least 3 years of pediatric nursing experience, including experience caring for medically complex children
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus available for overnight shift positions
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
- Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
- Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
- Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
