Provide specialized care to infants, children, and adolescents in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to physician-approved care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
• Document assessments, nursing actions, responses, and care coordination
• Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care, and prevention

Qualifications

• Current active nursing license (RN or LPN) in good standing
• Home health experience preferred
