Overnight Residential Childcare Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive supervision and direction to emotionally and behaviorally challenged children and adolescents in a compassionate and respectful manner.
• Continuous assessment and management of ongoing developments and concerns of client care.
• Implement individualized treatment and milieu programming.
• Build trusting and supportive relationships with clients.
