Overnight Rehabilitative Associate

About the role

RiseWell Community Services is seeking a part-time Overnight Rehabilitative Associate to join the Residential Department. This part-time position works Sunday and Monday from 1 PM to 11 PM, offering base pay plus night differential. The associate provides supportive counseling, restorative services, ADL training, and crisis intervention to individuals with psychiatric disabilities in a licensed residential program. Responsibilities

• Provide supportive counseling
• Deliver restorative services
• Conduct ADL (Activities of Daily Living) training
• Perform crisis intervention

Requirements

• Knowledge of residential services, substance abuse, and psychiatric rehabilitation practice
• Clean, valid New York State Driver’s License
• Fingerprinting and criminal record check
• Approval from the NYS Office of Mental Health

Qualifications

• BA in Human Services
• OR High School diploma plus two years of experience working with persons with psychiatric disabilities
