Responsibilities
- Establish a compassionate environment by supporting residents and families
- Answer questions and maintain a safe and clean environment
- Ensure confidentiality of resident information
- Monitor resident care documentation
- Foster cooperative relationships among healthcare teams
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Familiarity with EHR and E-prescribing programs
- Excellent communication abilities
- Basic computer skills
