Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident needs
- Providing support and fostering a compassionate environment for residents and families
- Addressing questions and requests from residents and staff
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant working environment
- Managing confidential resident information and documentation
- Promoting teamwork among healthcare providers
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Familiarity with EHR and prescribing software
- Excellent communication and basic computer skills
