Overnight Pressure Washer Technician

HOODZ of Central Texas is seeking Cleaning Technicians in the San Antonio area. Kitchen hood cleaning experience is not required; training is provided. Work night shifts when restaurants are closed to support work-life balance or other responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Power washing of kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, duct work, filters, and exhaust fans
• Set up and take down of all job sites and equipment, including wiping down stainless steel hoods, setting up wet/dry vacuums, high-pressure hoses, pre-sprayers, ladders, and hanging plastic sheeting
• Pressure wash hoods and ductwork
• Complete work projects independently without supervision
• Maintain equipment and report any mechanical deficiencies

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with at least 3 years of driving history (DPS record will be requested upon hire)
• Ability to pass a drug screening and criminal background check
• Dependable, punctual, and able to read and understand safety plans and procedures
• Physically fit: able to climb ladders for rooftop access, lift and carry 50 lbs. a minimum of 100 feet
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work fast and efficiently
• Flexible availability for night shifts
• Ability to complete projects from start to finish with limited supervision
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and directing team members
• Desire to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment with a growing company

Skills

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred but not required
