We’re hiring a dependable Overnight Pet Care & Cleaning Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in thorough cleaning, and genuinely loves caring for dogs. The Reality of This Role This is a hands-on, physically active, and cleaning-intensive position. A large portion of each shift involves deep cleaning, laundry, dishes, sanitizing pet areas, and preparing the facility for the next day. You will also monitor our boarding dogs overnight and respond calmly and appropriately when a pet needs assistance. What You’ll Do As part of our overnight team, you will help keep our facility clean, organized, and ready for the next day while ensuring our boarding dogs remain safe and comfortable. Responsibilities Include Deep cleaning and sanitizing playrooms, kennels, suites, and common areasWashing dishes, laundry, and pet beddingRestocking supplies and keeping work areas organizedPerforming routine overnight safety and wellness checksMonitoring boarding dogs and responding to their needsFollowing established cleaning, safety, and pet-care proceduresDocumenting concerns and communicating important information to the incoming teamHelping create a calm, clean, and welcoming environment for every guest What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who: Is reliable, punctual, and dependableIs comfortable working independently overnightCan remain active throughout the shiftIs detail-oriented and takes pride in thorough cleaningEnjoys working around dogs of different sizes, breeds, and personalitiesIs comfortable with hands-on cleaning, including pet wasteCan follow established safety procedures and instructionsBrings a caring, professional, and team-first attitudeCommunicates openly and honestly with teammatesRemains calm and uses good judgment when unexpected situations arise Schedule This is a part-time overnight position. Available Shifts May Include 7:00 PM–12:00 AM9:00 PM–6:15 AM Weekday and weekend availability is required. Candidates must be available to work overnight shifts based on business and scheduling needs.
