Overnight Operations Supervisor - Marriott

Responsibilities

• Help make find and maintain staffing levels at all properties
• Train, cross-train, and re-train (when necessary) overnight desk/auditors
• Help Motivate and Empower all overnight staff
• Cover shifts when needed
• Make schedules for the security team
• Maintain that all files and resets on the systems are updated for the next day’s operations—and the dates are changed
• Audit reports are getting run and distributed to the correct people
• Assist Security with any guest issues or disturbances that may arise
• Ensure all security functions are being done

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience preferred
• Hotel Experience/Customer service Supervisor experience preferred
• Security experience recommended
• Valid Driver's License required

Pay

$18.00/hour based on qualifications and experience.
