Operations Supervisor (Overnight)

What You Will Need to Succeed
- Leadership experience overseeing operational processes, with a proven track record of process improvement
- Direct supervisory experience of 10+ employees in a fast-paced and/or high-volume work environment
- Passion for developing employees and helping them succeed
- Experience directly supervising employees in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
- Knowledge of human clinical or veterinary testing and procedures (a big plus)
- Passion for a fast-paced, high-volume, innovative work environment
- Able to meet the physical requirements of working in a lab, including standing and sitting for extended periods, phone & computer use, extended reach, lifting up to 50lb, and specific vision ability (close, color, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus)

- Salary rate targeting $90,000 (with some flexibility depending on experience)

- Schedule: 40 hours per week, scheduled shifts likely to be 10:00pm - 6:30am Tuesday through Saturday. Every 4-week Sunday rotation. Flexibility to stay longer or adjust hours as needed is a huge plus.

You will organize staff schedules, coordinate workflow, and oversee costs and metrics. You will problem-solve every day, from trouble-shooting diagnostic analyzers to resolving situational workflow and turnaround time challenges. You will be a business leader and a people leader for the lab and the line of business.
