Responsibilities

• Unload tankers safely and meet established targets.
• CIP (Clean-In-Place) tankers and silos, maintaining time management and documentation.
• Load out cream while meeting quality and customer requirements.
• Complete master sanitation and maintain a clean environment.
• Control product losses by seeking and implementing solutions.
• Follow and promote all plant and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), safety protocols, and other plant, documentation, and regulatory policies.
• Inspect raw materials as required.

Qualifications

Must be able to hook up and unload tankers, run quality tests on milk and CIP tankers, including hook ups, and perform chemical tests. Must also be able to load out cream and conduct all quality tests. Other responsibilities include completing master sanitation and CIP of all raw and cream silos.
