Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents in a memory care setting. Assist with activities of daily living, ensure safety during overnight hours, offer emotional support, and monitor residents for any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with nurses and care teams
- Support dementia-friendly routines
- Maintain infection control protocols
- Document resident information accurately in a respectful, resident-first environment
