Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care, grooming, mobility, and meals
- Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions
- Follow individualized care plans to ensure safety and dignity
- Collaborate with nurses and care team members to deliver quality care
- Support residents' engagement and well-being in a vibrant environment

Qualifications & Skills
- Compassionate and dedicated to resident care
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of dementia care and senior health needs is preferred
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and procedures
