About the role
Overnight Memory Care CNA/CHHA position providing nighttime care to residents.
Responsibilities
- Providing hands-on assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and safe mobility
- Monitoring residents’ well-being and following individualized care plans
- Accurately documenting care and reporting changes to nursing staff
- Creating a calm, secure environment and engaging residents in appropriate nighttime activities
- Upholding dignity, respect, and person-centered care
Qualifications
- Compassionate, attentive, and respectful approach to resident care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive, resident-first team
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience in memory care or senior care setting preferred
