We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content: Job Summary (maybe About the role). Characteristics (maybe Qualifications/Skills). About the Overnight Front Desk Associate Role (Responsibilities). Qualifications/Requirements (Qualifications). Physical Demands (maybe part of Requirements). Benefits listed. Pay? Not explicit. Schedule? Not explicit (just mention overnight shift). Could include Schedule if mention shift times? It says "Ability to work 3rd shift (overnight)." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that detail. Pay: Not mentioned (no salary). So omit Pay. We need to avoid duplication. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: "Employees at a franchise location..." etc. Also remove duplicated lines like "Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed." appears twice; we should keep only once? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplicated lines: we should not repeat them; we can keep one instance. Also "Ability to work 3rd shift (overnight)" appears in Physical Demands; we can keep. We need sections: About the role (Job Summary + maybe characteristics). Responsibilities (daily responsibilities). Requirements/Qualifications (Qualifications/Requirements + Physical Demands). Skills maybe combine with characteristics? Could have Skills section for attributes like positive attitude, communication, etc. Benefits section. Let's parse content: Job Summary: "The Overnight Front Desk Associate will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests." Characteristics that will make you a perfect match: list of traits. About the Overnight Front Desk Associate Role: responsibilities list. Qualifications/Requirements: list. Physical Demands: list. Benefits: list. We also have "We offer:" list after benefits? Actually after benefits they list: Career advancement opportunities, Weekly pay with monthly bonus opportunities, Black Card membership, employee perks, rewards, and discounts, Paid breaks, Paid time off, 401(k) & Roth Retirement savings plan (with employer match), Engaging team-building competitions, sales contests, and social events. This seems like benefits as well. The earlier "Benefits:" line had some items: 401(k)401(k) matchingEmployee discountsOpportunity for advancementTraining & developmentWellness resources (looks garbled). We need to combine. Let's extract benefits items: From "Benefits:" line: "401(k)401(k) matchingEmployee discountsOpportunity for advancementTraining & developmentWellness resources". Likely meant: 401(k) matching, Employee discounts, Opportunity for advancement, Training & development, Wellness resources. Then later "We offer:" list: Career advancement opportunities, Weekly pay with monthly bonus opportunities, Black Card membership, employee perks, rewards, and discounts, Paid breaks, Paid time off, 401(k) & Roth Retirement savings plan (with employer match), Engaging team-building competitions, sales contests, and social events. Combine, avoid duplicates: 401(k) matching appears both; employee discounts appears both; opportunity for advancement both; training & development maybe not in second list; wellness resources not in second list; weekly pay with monthly bonus opportunities; Black Card membership; paid breaks; paid time off; 401(k) & Roth Retirement savings plan (with employer match) (similar to 401(k) matching); engaging team-building competitions, sales contests, social events. We'll list unique items. Now schedule: mention Ability to work 3rd shift (overnight). Also maybe "Regular, consistent cleaning..." not schedule. We'll create Schedule section with that. Now produce HTML. Structure:

    • Ability to work 3rd shift (overnight).
    • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift.
We could combine Requirements and Physical Demands into one Requirements section, but we have headings for Requirements and maybe Skills. The instruction: use headings for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We have both Requirements and Qualifications; we could merge Qualifications into Requirements. But we already used Requirements for qualifications list. Physical Demands could be part of Requirements or maybe Skills? Probably better to have Requirements include both qualifications and physical demands. But we already have a separate Physical Demands heading not in allowed list. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not use Physical Demands; we should fold into Requirements or Qualifications. Let's put everything under Requirements (or Qualifications). Since we have both headings allowed, we could use Qualifications for the list and Requirements for physical demands? But better to follow typical: Requirements = qualifications, Skills = attributes. However we already used Characteristics for attributes; we could put those under Skills. Let's restructure: - About the role: Job Summary. - Responsibilities: duties. - Requirements: qualifications/requirements list (background check, CPR, customer service preferred, computer proficiency, must be 18+, etc.) - Skills: characteristics list (positive attitude, passion, punctuality, diplomacy, communication, empathy, quick study, etc.) - Benefits: benefits list. - Schedule: ability to work 3rd shift (overnight) plus maybe mention continual standing/walking? That's not schedule. We'll keep schedule as ability to work overnight shift. Physical demands could be part of Requirements or maybe we add a separate section not allowed; better to incorporate into Requirements (as they are job requirements). So we will include physical demands under Requirements. Thus we need to produce sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Schedule. We must not repeat content. Let's extract. About the role: Job Summary paragraph. Responsibilities: as above. Requirements: combine qualifications list + physical demands. Qualifications list items: - Ability to pass a background check - Willing to become CPR/AED certified. - Customer service background preferred. - Basic computer proficiency. - Must be 18 years of age or older. Physical demands: - Continual standing and walking during shift. - Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift. - Ability to work 3rd shift (overnight). - Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. - Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift. We could also include "Upbeat and positive attitude!" etc under Skills. Skills list: - Exhibit a positive and upbeat attitude. - Have a passion for delivering a consistent and exceptional experience to our members, guests, and fellow PF team members. - Pride yourself on your work while being punctual, reliable, and dependable. - Handle all interactions with diplomacy and exhibit a genuine motivation for helping others. - Act with integrity and show respect to everyone around you. - Exhibit strong communication skills and have an ability to listen and empathize. - Inspire and motivate others to achieve their goals. - Are a quick study with the ability to apply what you have learned during online and hands-on training. - Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations. - Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve. - Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language. - Punctuality and reliability is a must. (maybe duplicate) We need to avoid duplication; we already have punctuality/reliability in skills list; we can keep one. Let's craft Skills list with unique items. Now Benefits list: combine unique items. List: - 401(k) matching (or 401(k) & Roth Retirement savings plan with employer match) - Employee discounts - Opportunity for advancement - Training & development - Wellness resources - Career advancement opportunities (maybe same as opportunity for advancement; we can keep one) - Weekly pay with monthly bonus opportunities - Black Card membership - Paid breaks - Paid time off - Engaging team-building competitions, sales
